1. Introduction

Welcome to SkelerSecurity ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cybersecurity services, certifications, and platforms. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SkelerSecurity is a Pakistan-based cybersecurity company operating globally, providing offensive security, defensive engineering, consultancy, and certification examinations.

2. Services

SkelerSecurity provides the following services:

• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• Cyber Threat Intelligence
• Secure Code Review
• Incident Response
• Security Consultancy and Virtual CISO Services
• Certification Examinations
• Other cybersecurity-related services as agreed

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Obtain proper authorizations before any security testing begins
• Use our findings and reports responsibly and lawfully
• Maintain confidentiality of all reports, findings, and communications
• Make payments in accordance with agreed terms

4. Authorized Testing

All security testing performed by SkelerSecurity requires explicit written authorization from the client. We will not commence any testing without proper scope documentation and authorization. Clients warrant they have the legal right to authorize testing on the systems and assets in scope.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during our engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, security vulnerabilities, business processes, technical infrastructure, and proprietary information. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials developed by SkelerSecurity remain our intellectual property. Reports and deliverables produced during engagements are licensed to the client for their internal use only and may not be distributed without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering our services, cybersecurity assessments cannot guarantee the discovery of all vulnerabilities. SkelerSecurity shall not be liable for:

• Undiscovered vulnerabilities or subsequent security breaches
• Business losses resulting from security incidents
• Damages arising from unauthorized use of our reports
• Third-party actions beyond our control

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Services require a 50% advance payment before commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final reports
• Certification examination fees are due in full prior to scheduling
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains liable for all work completed to date
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Deliverables completed prior to termination will be provided upon full payment

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
